Was a hell of a fun night in Hood River this week!  First off, we started with a bigger pot from the pub team winning 2nd place last time - the pot tonight was $108!  WOOO!

Second, we had a great showing for costumes! Check out these pictures!

Here’s the Parade of costumes for the contest.  Laura there won most creative!  Tied for best Overall is gas mask guy on the left.  And yes you can see the Starbuckers - three of them wore Starbucks costumes (work uniforms?).  They voted themselves the most sexy.  Har Har.

Here’s Billy Joe from Green Day, who won funniest costume.  And in the back in some animation character that I didn’t know.  It looked like the google picture though, so you know.

And Joe, caught half in and half out of his ghost costume, was voted scariest.  Smart guy that he is, he can also use that costume for a toga / cherub / roman next time.

And here are our winners, The Clap.  Crystal is in the middle in the Hera / Greek Chicka costume, and was the other who tied for best overall costume.

Awesome.  I myself dressed up as Gary Busey’s Mugshot from 2002.  I forgot to have Crystal take a good picture of me, but imagine putting about a pound of product in your hair, and blowdrying it while holding your head upside down.  Add in a wrinkly, disheveled shirt (half tucked in of course) and white socks with black shoes and pants.  I also made a little police board out of a soda box.  Yeah, there’s no way that looked good.

Oh, and The Clap was so far in first I think it’s safe to say they pwned this pub quiz.  That’s right, I said pwned.
