What fun it was last night down at Biddy’s… we had some great costumes for our costume contest, the folks at Biddy’s threw in some great prizes including a $20 gift certificate for best overall costume! Thanks Guys!!

We had a couple of Redneck’s… one Deliverance style (frickin scary!!) and one ‘Real American’ Redneck with the McCain/Palin tattoo on his arm and everything… he was accompianied by a ‘Fake American’ in her college graduation gown and ‘law’ books… too funny!!  We also had some witches, a flamingo (Not Bjork!), victims of the corporate world (With knives through their chest!), a dragon, some monsters, The Degradation of America’s youth (SO sad!), a dead Bridesmaid and Groomsman (Who were dressed to the nines in dress and tux and full make-up… awesome!!), a serial killer disguised as a painter… and dammit I can’t remember the name… Raul?? Ahmad..?? Damn my crappy short term memory!!! It was a gentleman in a fine smoking jacket with matching fez, cigarette and curled sideburns… it was perfect!

But, dammit, as with almost every party nowadays…. someone just HAD to go and bring ‘The Clap’ … yes the lovely Ms. Chlamydia made a visit to our pub quiz… needless to say she was voted best costume over all!! Although I didn’t really see anyone shaking her hand to congratulate her….. hmmm…LOL!!!

I finally figured out the camera and hopefully there will be pics below!! Thanks to everyone who came out in costume!!! You guys are GREAT!!!

We did have a quiz going on also last night and ‘LPG and Her Trusty Nerd’, ‘Frankenfreude’ and ‘It Burns!!’ (of course the team with The Clap!! LOL!!) got into the final round. After the final question, things didn’t change much  with ‘It Burns!!” getting Bela Lugosi correct and taking home the grand prize… ‘Frankenfreude’ also got it right to come in second… well done guys!!!

PS Don’t forget next week Biddy’s is your Election Day party headquarters!! They’re bringing in several TVs so we can watch the results come in… we’ll be quizzing and drinking all night no matter which way it all goes!!
