That was my favorite answer of the night, courtesy of Charo’s Angels, from the Internet Lingo handouts. The real answer is Great Minds Think Alike, but I think the internet should seriously think about changing that. The Streeps also came up with another funny guess for GMTA - Give Me The Answer. Nice try, but I’m not budging.

It was head to head action at CC Slaughters! The Streeps Vs. Charo’s Angels. Kinda like the French and the Americans in the Olympics swimming match. Okay, not really it’s much more friendly than that.

All the players were great about getting their bonus points. Thanks for the feedback!! The Streeps jumped to the lead early on with a good showing in the Bingo round, including the 30 point Bingo bonus. It probably helped to have KC and her daughter there to answer the sports questions. Hehe.

In Round 2 Who am I, The Streeps continued to dominate making lots of educated guesses for a bunch of 15 point answers. Charo’s Angels got a little gun shy after they chose John Edwards over Al Gore for one of the clues. After Round 2 and the Handouts, The Streeps had a strong lead going into the final.

But, as they say, it ain’t over till it’s over (or was it Yogi Berra who said that?). The Streeps chose the Internet Retailers for the final challenge round. It was on the easy end of the spectrum so it all came down to the wagers. Due to some balls-out wagering, Charo’s Angels came out on top! The Streeps were close behind.
