I think everyone was saving up for the big holiday weekend cause the turnout was less than usual last night at Biddy’s. But that didn’t stop the teams from showing off their patriotic spirit last night as US flags were in abundance. We still had a pot of over a hundred bucks and good cheer was the rage as the teams fought for a share of it.

In the end we had ‘Urbandale Jayhawks’, ‘The Cerebral Pals’, and ‘Schadenfreude’ get through to the final round. US Education was the category picked by ‘Schadenfreude’ and the teams entered their wagers. ‘The Cerebral Pals’ went with William and Mary which put them out of money contention. The ‘Urbandale Jayhawks’ wagered it all and got the final question right, but it wasn’t enough as ‘Schadenfreude’ with the lead going into the final round was able to wager more and also got the final question right becoming our big winners of the night!
